The Portal looks different. What has changed?

In March 2024, the NFLC launched an upgraded Portal. In addition to creating an updated look and feel, the NFLC worked to improve site functionality and accessibility; enhance search, filter, and sorting features; and remove login requirements.

Yes! The NFLC is committed to keeping the Portal open to the public, free of cost.

You don’t! The Portal no longer has login requirements.

How do I add a bookmark?

From the catalog, click on an object title, then click the Add Bookmark button.

How do I save my bookmarks for future reference?

Under My Bookmarks, you can download a PDF list of your bookmarks for future reference. The PDF will include links to the objects you bookmarked. As long as you have an internet connection, you may access those objects by clicking on the links in the PDF.

I am unable to restart Compact Learning Objects or Quick Texts and Checks. What should I do?

You can resolve this issue by clicking the Restart option, then closing the object and relaunching it, or refreshing the page.

I provided my students with links to specific lessons in the Portal. Will these URLs remain the same?

Yes! The URLs that link to a specific lesson or practice assessment will remain the same.

How can I share my feedback about the Portal?

You can fill out the General Inquiries form to send feedback to the NFLC. If your feedback pertains to a specific lesson or practice assessment, it will help us if you provide the language and title of the lesson or practice assessment.
