Welcome to the NFLC e-learning portal.

The NFLC e-Learning Portal houses an expansive catalog of language learning and assessment materials: over 7,000 items in dozens of languages and dialects.

For easy searching, items in the Portal are tagged by language, difficulty level, modality, topic, type, learning objective, and publication year. You can bookmark items and save your list of bookmarks as a PDF to use in the classroom or for personal study.

The NFLC offers free language courses to eligible Department of Defense personnel through the Language Training Center (LTC) Program, an initiative sponsored by the Defense Language and National Security Education Office (DLNSEO) and administered by the Institute of International Education.
