From the Dashboard area, a group manager can view the status of the subscription, see when the next rebill is due, and cancel the subscription for the group. They can also update their credit card information, change their password, email and username.
The Payment history screen provides details regarding the frequency and amount of the group fee, as well as a history of previous payments.
Subuser Management - User listing
The first Subuser management screen lists the active users in the group, the total number of seats available to the group, and the number of open seats. Each row in the user list has a link to edit information for a user including their password. A second link allows the manager to delete a user.
Subuser Management - Add a user
Clicking the New Record button from the Subuser management screen displays a form where the manager can add a new user. The New Record button is not available if all of the seats for the group have been filled.
Subuser Management - Import users
Clicking the Import from CSV button from the Subuser management screen provides a method to add multiple users at once by importing a CSV file. The required format for the CSV file is shown. CSV files can be created in any text editor or exported from a spreadsheet. Please ensure that the CSV does not include a header row before importing. The Import from CSV button is not available if all of the seats for the group have been filled.
